1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using FlashFlyer ("App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FlashFlyer provides tools for sellers to create product pages, generate content using AI, and track analytics.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro" or "Ultra").

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any images or text you upload. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or the law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to generate spam.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashFlyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
